Crown Chakra Aromatherapy Spray

Make this aromatherapy spray to energetically clear and activate your crown chakra.

You Will Need

Sandalwood essential oil

Sage essential oil

Frankincense essential oil

Lavender essential oil

Clear Quartz

Full Moon Water

852 Hz Tuning Fork/ or Singing Bowl

60ml Glass Spray Bottle

How To Make It

To make this Crown Chakra Spray combine the following essential oils to full moon water in a glass spray bottle: 6 drops each of lavender and sage, and 3 drops each of frankincense and sandalwood. All of these essential oils are linked to the crown chakra and bring feelings of deep peace and tranquillity.

Place a clear quartz crystal or a few clear quartz crystal chips into the bottle. Clear quartz is used for the crown chakra. It will also help amplify the frequency and energy of this aromatherapy spray.

Once everything has been added, give it a shake. Then use an 852 Hz tuning fork or singing bowl to raise the frequency of the aromatherapy spray. 852 Hz is used in meditation as it can raise your spiritual awareness, and it promotes inner peace.

You could also set the bottle on a windowsill or outside where it can be charged by the light of a full moon. Surround it with crown chakra crystals such as clear quartz, amethyst, or selenite while it charges.
