Throat Chakra Crystal Water

Crystal charged water to activate your throat chakra. Drink this for clear communication, for self-expression, and to speak your truth with confidence, eloquence, and clarity.


You Will Need

  • Purified water or spring water
  • Glass pitcher or cup
  • Sodalite
  • Clear quartz (or blue quartz)
  • Blue lace agate
 
 How To Prepare It
  1. Physically and spiritually cleanse the crystals above and place them in a glass pitcher or cup.
  2. Fill the pitcher or cup with purified or spring water.
  3. Draw the symbol for the throat chakra on a piece of paper (or print one out) and place this under the pitcher/cup.
  4. Let sit for 3 hours so the crystals can charge the water.
  5. Drink the water slowly, mindfully, and with intention.
  6. As you drink visualise your throat chakra spinning while emitting a glowing blue light, radiating outwards.

 

Tips:

  • In addition to cleansing your crystals with soap and water you could cleanse them with smoke, washing them in moon water, or placing them on a piece of selenite.
  • Cover the top of the water while it charges with a piece of paper to prevent dust falling into the water.
  • Charge this crystal water overnight on a full moon.
  • You could surround the outside of the glass with other throat chakra crystals such as blue chalcedony, lapis lazuli, blue fluorite, or turquoise.
  • After drinking the water carry the crystals with you in a small pouch.
  • Don't leave the crystals to charge in the water for more than 24 hours.
