How To Make It

Charge the ingredients for this tea blend by placing them in a bowl with amethyst, rose quartz, and moss agate. Allow to charge for about an hour.

For one pot of this tea combine one tablespoon each of chamomile, rose, and mint, and one teaspoon each of mugwort, lavender, and calendula.
